Listen
I listen for the full context and intent behind what each side wants to say.
Adapt
I shape the message so you understand what is being asked of you, including the cultural nuance.
Confirm
I translate your reply back, so both sides leave with the same understanding and clear next steps.

About Alicia
I grew up in the UK and studied in Switzerland, then moved back to my mother’s hometown of Jerez de la Frontera 15 years ago. Even a homecoming has hurdles: local bureaucracy, and a language barrier many English speakers meet here.
I know how intimidating it can feel, so I come with you: to the town hall, the medical appointment, the notary. My goal is that you feel confident, understood and supported at every step.
What clients say
Getting my TIE would have been impossible without Language Services. Alicia guided me through the entire process and attended every appointment with me.
